This policy covers authorityai.ai and the First Response Leak Audit. It explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into the booking form. This is processed through our scheduling provider, LeadConnector / HighLevel.

If you engage us for an audit: read access to your phone system or call-tracking records and your CRM, limited to the ninety-day window we analyze. We also create recordings of test calls we place to your business.

Automatically: standard site analytics through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your call, to produce your Leak Report, to invoice you, and to contact you about the engagement. If you opt in, to send occasional email about our services — every message has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your call data or CRM data with anyone outside our team, and we never disclose it to your competitors.

Call recording

As part of the audit we place test calls to your business and record them. You authorize this recording as the business owner when you engage us. Recordings are used only to produce your report and are deleted seven days after delivery. Recording laws vary by state — we follow the requirements of the state your business operates in.

Who else touches your data

Service providers who help us operate: our scheduling and CRM platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), Google Analytics, email delivery, cloud storage, and payment processing. Each handles data only as needed to provide their service.

Your choices

Email us to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of any message. Revoke our read access to your systems at any time — though we can't complete an audit in progress without it.

Residents of California and other states with privacy statutes may have additional rights.
