Terms of Service

By booking a call or purchasing the First Response Leak Audit, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A fixed-scope diagnostic consisting of five deliverables: a mystery-call test of your business, a pull and review of ninety days of your call and CRM data, a competitor call snapshot, a written Leak Report, and a delivery call of forty-five to sixty minutes. The fee is fixed, quoted on the kickoff call, payable once and invoiced after that call.

Timeline and our guarantee

We deliver all five items within five business days of the kickoff call, provided we have the access we need. If we miss that window for a reason on our side, we continue working at no additional cost until every deliverable is in your hands.

This guarantee covers delivery of the work. It is not a guarantee of any business outcome. We make no representation about revenue, booking rates, or results of any kind — what happens after you receive the report depends on decisions and execution outside our control.

What we need from you

Read access to your phone system or call-tracking records and your CRM, a list of the numbers you advertise, and a point of contact who can answer questions during the audit. You confirm you have authority to grant that access and to authorize recording of calls placed to your business.

If access isn't provided within ten days of the kickoff call, we may pause or cancel the engagement.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancel before we begin testing and you owe nothing. Once mystery calls have been placed, the work is underway, the fee is earned, and no refunds are issued.

Ownership and confidentiality

The Leak Report is yours. Use it, share it internally, act on it — no restrictions. Our underlying methodology, scoring frameworks, and templates remain ours. We treat your call data and business information as confidential and don't disclose it outside our team.

Ongoing work

Nothing in the audit obligates you to purchase anything further. If you choose implementation work afterward, it is quoted and contracted separately.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. [Attorney to confirm: dispute resolution and venue.]
